Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Die Wohnung ist gut instand gehalten und sauber. Zwei Straßenbahnlinien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die U-Bahn ist gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bei hohen Temperaturen ist der kleine vorhandene Ventilator nicht ausreichend und außerdem sehr laut. Das einzige Fenster der Wohnung geht direkt zur Straße und da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, kann man das Fenster in der Nacht höchstens gekippt und nicht komplett geöffnet lassen. Im kleinen Bad wären Haken an der Badezimmertüre vorteilhaft, um die Duschhandtücher aufhängen zu können. Die Gästeregistrierung ist ziemlich kompliziert und daher zeitaufwendig.

Locatia foarte buna,aproape de centru.Tramvaiul este chuar in coltul strazii.Restaurante si cafenele,un SPAR si BIPA la doi pasi.Zona curata si linistita.Patul foarte confortabil,camera mare,curata si luminoasa.Bucataria moderna si utilata.Baia foarte mica,dar dusul este confortabil.
