The location was brilliant and the terrace was wonderful

The bunk beds! and lack of tea and coffee provisions

RIght in the center of the city. Great for a group of up to 6 people. 24/7 reception. Complementary acces to the hotel pool.

Might be a bit tight for 8 person. Could use a renovation, especially the shower cabin door that do not stay closed. AC is in the kitchen/living room area, so effect in the other rooms is limited, however fans are provided in each room. The balconies could be better cleaned. Some essential kitchen items were missing, including a dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, and kitchen towels.

Great location. Easy to stop back at the apartment in between activities. Air conditioning works great. There are shutters on the outside of the windows so the bedrooms stay dark in the morning.

The shower is a bit moldy around the edges and needs a deep clean. You don’t have guaranteed access to a clothes iron or steamer and have to ask the hotel staff if they have one available (they didn’t), you also have to ask for a hairdryer at the hotel (thankfully they had one). There isn’t a drying rack for clothing that comes out of the washer. They are missing dish soap in the kitchen. There is only one garbage can in the kitchen (annoying for women especially who need a garbage can in the bathroom). Only one set of keys is given and you need the key to unlock the apartment door (from both the inside and outside) and you need the key to unlock the gate from both the inside and outside (this feels like a fire hazard to not be able to get out). Only one roll of toilet paper is given, so you’ll need to ask for more. You can hear presumably chairs and tables being moved in the restaurant above the apartment into the late evening hours and early morning, so definitely use a sound machine to drown out the noise.
