地理位置虽然不是在中心，但是附近沙滩很好。整体满意度是可以的，作为单纯的在酒店附近度假是一个不错的选择。

热水出现了一些问题，但是房东也很快速在解决问题

The instructions given by the owner was easy to follow, precise and given twice. Location was near the beach and quiet area which we liked. It was more of a small town feel. Bit of a distance from the rest of Pattaya but reachable by grab. Accommodation is clean and stocked with necessary items like pots and pans, washing machine, extra towels, plates, cups, etc. Amenities offered were decent and kept clean like the gym, sauna etc. Landscaping is maintained and there’s 24hrs security.

Any issues we had was with the property management. Several things didn’t work like the pool amenities like the hydro pool showers and jets. The pool slide wasn’t working etc. There are many loose dogs outside the property which we were warned about by a few grab drivers and residents. That’s more of a city ordinance issue not the property. They try to keep the loose dogs away. Nothing to do with the room or host.

From the point of view of the quality/price ratio, the apartment is absolutely fabulous (I experienced accommodation in 6 other places in Phuket, Bangkok and Pattaya at higher prices, the living conditions being much inferior to this apartment, compared to which they can only be considered poor chicken coops). And the fact that I benefited from all the facilities offered by the entire resort made me feel like I was in a fairy tale land (the pool area is a universe in itself, with a fairytale architecture, and the fitness room is very well equipped). The huge and fully equipped kitchen-living room, the washing machine, the cleanliness, the excellent sanitary facilities, the superb compartmentalization of the bathroom, the additional extendable sofa, the security of the place are the essential elements that made the difference compared to other accommodations. For those who want to "charge their batteries" after a year of exhausting work, away from the noise of tourist crowds, it is the ideal place to spend a long time.

Great facilities if you come with kids: the pools, the kid's club, game rooms. Easy access to a privatized portion of the public beach, which is clean and nice to chill. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures, it's good size and comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Key to be collected from a mailbox, however one cannot access the mailbox room without an access card. Security would not let you go through, because renting out in this condo is against their rules. The room wasn't properly cleaned and more kitchenware is required for those who plan to cook/eat/drink inside the room. Hopefully the owner took note of these observations and will take action promptly.
