Location and good value
The property needs some repair work, the doors, windows need work. Wash basin drainage not working properly. The surrounding s are a bit too noisy in the night.

Die Wohnung ist groß, komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Es gab nützliche Hinweise, auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. In der Umgebung findet man problemlos Restaurants, Supermarkt, Geldautomat und Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge.
Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, der hat vermutlich Probleme mit dem Lärm einer angrenzenden Straße. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Ohrstöpsel lagen bereit. Der Heißwasserboiler war aufgeheizt aber abgeschaltet. Ein Hinweis wäre nützlich, dass die Gäste den Boiler immer wieder anschalten müssen.

Really nice and supportive owner, allways avaliable when needed. He shared really detailed instructions how to come to get into apartmet. A older guy waited for us, he doesn't speaks english but the smile in his eyes is just so lovely. Apartment was clean an nice. Owner left us earplugs for better sleeping because of trafic noise. There is also a lot of excelent restavrant nearby. I Would recomend to anybody Jure
