The location is very convenient, close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall and with small shops around as well. The balcony is nice, the view is ok. The room itself is very comfortable. Contact by WhatsApp was pretty reactive.
We arrived later than expected and the room wasn't ready. But we were given access to the other apartment to take a shower and wait until the room was ready.
