The location is in Arjan which is perfect distance from all the usual busy spots, I'd advise a hire car where possible as they have a parking spot and driving is super easy in Dubai and the drive to Abu Dhabi is only an hour and a half to keep you busy and exploring. The accommodation is great and spacious and in a nice quiet residential block, good for families.

The lack of attention for the booking requirements on my day of arrival was stressful. Tired from a long flight and the host had not prepared the accommodation for me by the time specified. They eventually hurried the cleaner to come over and get the place ready and he did a great job but as it was all late the room was not ready till 4.30pm which added to the first day exhaustion and meant we cancelled all our other plans for that day due to tiredness. I emphasize this as the 1st day was a terrible experience. From there on however the host were good, one of the bedroom light switches was not working and they had an electrician out within the hour to sort. The wardrobe all had a very bad fishy kind of smell, needs investigation and due we lived out of our suitcases.
