Exceptional Stay – Modern, Comfortable, and Stunning Views

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment had a beautiful modern design, a very comfortable bed and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. The spacious terrace offered stunning panoramic views over Tivat and the sea – a real highlight of the stay. Although the host didn’t speak English, he was very friendly and helpful. With the help of a translation app, communication was smooth, and he kindly assisted us with the tourist tax and even drove us to the airport early in the morning. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended – I would gladly return!

Perfect for solo traveler/ couple

We stayed in the apartment for a few days and overall had a decent experience. The apartment seemed quite new, it was well-equipped with everything we needed, and having a parking spot was definitely a plus – especially since a car is absolutely necessary given the location.

While not the host’s fault, we experienced several power outages, some lasting for hours. One morning, we had no electricity and no water, which was quite inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was also a problem – it barely worked, and only early in the morning. Another issue was the shower drain, which didn’t work properly, and water would accumulate quickly. One thing to keep in mind: if the host asks for a 30% deposit via bank transfer instead of Booking.com, be aware that there might be unexpected bank fees. In our case, I sent €50.20, but the host only received €32.20, and I had to pay the remaining €18 in cash. I would have preferred to pay everything directly through Booking to avoid such problems. Also, while there is parking, the road leading to the property is quite narrow, so if you’re driving a larger car, it might be tricky.

Amazing Apartment with only minor improvements needed

Check in was very easy even though there was a slight language barrier with the host - which could be solved via google translate. The apartment is brand new and has a very nice furnishing etc. It is very spacious and the big balcony is one of the highlights with the ocean views - I used it just for myself but you can comfortably stay with more people in the apartment. It’s nice and quite during the night, as it’s up the hill in a quite neighborhood. A parking spot is provided in case you have a car. Walking uphill is also very doable though if you are somewhat fit.

Unfortunately the WiFi was really slow, unless you tried to use it very early in the morning when nobody else was awake. I send the owner a Message about it and asked for help to solve the issue which he never replied to disappointingly. The TV has no connection so it’s a bit useless currently. Some salt or oil would have been nice to have in the apartment for cooking.

Apartamenti bija tīri, ar jaunām mēbelēm, bez nolietojuma pazīmēm. Bija viss nepieciešamais ilgākam uzturēšanās laikam - veļas mašīna, gludeklis ar gludināmo dēli, fēns, gaisa kondicionieris.

Apartamenti atrodas kalnā. Gājiens līdz centram aptuveni 20-30 min. Ja izvēlies pārvietoties ar kājām, jārēķinās ar fizisku slodzīti ejot augšā un lejā pa kalnu.

Tepede yer almasına rağmen manzarası güzel sessiz temiz bir yer. Tekrar gitsem aynı yerde kalırım

Öncelikle tesis çok temizdi. Evdeki herşey yeniydi. Evde olması gereken tüm ihtiyaçlar vardı. Çamaşır makinesi deterjanları havlu kağıt peçete bulaşık makinesi deterjanı , klima çok güzel çalışıyor sadece salonda var yatak odasında da olsa iyiydi

Evdeki tek kötü şey wifi. Wifi ilk baş bağlandık ama hiç çalışmadı sonra ev sahibine söyledik(ingilizce bilmiyor sadece sırpça) o da bi yerlere bildirdi. İnternet geldi ama yine çekmiyordu 4 gün boyujca internetsiz olduk. Buraya gelecekler için internet büyük problem kendi internetiniz yoksa.
