SKS Habitat Terminal bus Netflix JCHome By MWM

The location is very convenient next to not crowded mall, and has direct door connecting to the apartment lift lobby. The pickup/drop-off porch is easy and parking lot is acceptable but difficult to find at night. The beds are not hard but need better pillows. Working washing machine. Enough clothes hanger and rack. Aircons and fans all good. Water filter is a plus. Water pressure is good although both toilets in use. The balcony has a good view of the swimming pool.

The main door has quite a gap. Small cockroaches comes in easily at night. The extra bed is in the living room so the roaches irk the kids. Only has 1 small bin for the whole apartment and no bag refills. Toilet walls seems not cleaned. And thick dust on the bed headboards. Dining table and one of its chair is quite wobbly and a spoilt rack at balcony. No clothes rack/hooks in the bedrooms. Some fan remote has missing batteries. The soap bottle in shared toilet has broken pump. Would love to book again of these concerns are met.

On top of Mall with food options. Nice large pool. Spacious apartment.

Property a bit tired and needs some repairs in places. Not very well equipped if you planned on cooking.
