Location: close to two metro stations. Walking distanse to the centrum. Air-conditioning: needs to be on because of humidity. Balcony: nice view!

Communication: we found out that the owner uses only WhatsApp for communication. It was frustrating because we did not get any responses on the booking site. Picking up the keys: Not sure if it's legal to put the key box in a public place (near the ATM). Not easy to open the doors even though we got the tips. Cleaness: hair, dust, ants and fungus in the apartment. It's very humid inside, especially the bathroom. Those who have allergies must avoid this place. We contacted the owner about the lack of cleaning. We vacuum cleaned the floor by ourselves at arrival. The doors of bathroom, kitchen shelves and fridge squeak. The filters of ventilation are full of dust. It looks like ants live in the wall of the apartment so be careful with the trash! They also bite us. One of the bathroom towels we got was tattered. This is informed to the owner. Kitchen: need more coffee cups and breakfast bowls. Only one coffee cup and one bowl in the apartment. Frying pans are scratched and damaged so not usable. The freezer needs to be defrosted. Water boiler does not function. Technical issues: water leakage in the bathroom floor. We don't know where the water comes from. The owner is informed about it. One of the electrical outlets is mounted loosely (looks dangerous).

Odada sürekli ağır kötü bir koku vardı. Klima çok gürültülüydü. Yan balkondan rahatlıkla odaya geçiş mümkündü kapı ve pencereler kapalı yatmak durumunda kaldık. Kahve makinesi çalışmıyordu.
