L’emplacement, la propreté. L’appartement est spacieux
Un balcon mais pas de petite table et chaise pour en profiter. Pas de ventilateur, donc une chaleur étouffante. Pas de tapis de salle de bain, on a du mettre un linge parterre. La porte de la grille d’entrée très compliqué à ouvrir.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, um sich zielgerichtet fortzubewegen. Ob centro storico, Restaurants, die Anlagestelle für die Fähre sowie der Lungolago - alles ist fußläufig superschnell erreichbar (max. 2 Gehminuten). Die Wohnung ist gut und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (4 Tage) gut geeignet.
Der abendliche/nächtliche Geräuschpegel in der Straße ist störend - sowohl an Werktagen als auch am Wochenende kommt es nachts immer wieder zu Geräuschpegeln die von Menschen/Restaurantbesuchern/Barbesuchern in der Straße, die uns wach werden ließen.

El lugar es bello y nos quedó cerca visitar los lugares que quisimos, tanto en Suiza como en Italia.
No tiene aire ni ventiladores y estaba muy caliente. El parqueo hay que estar buscando donde dejar el carro y hay que moverlo o pagar entre 9 am y 7 pm.
