Wunderbares Haus in der Altstadt mit vielen schönen, ausgewählten Details, einer Mischung aus alten und neuen Möbeln - einfach mit Charme restauriert und eingerichtet. ⭐️ Die Gäste müssen fit sein für viele Treppen zu den Zimmern sowie zu den Terrassen, welche lohnend sind: man befindet sich über den Dächern der Altstadt mit Blick auf das Meer. Das servierte Frühstück ist umfangreich und köstlich. Auch die noch darüber liegende Terrasse mit gemütlichen Longe-Möbeln zum Entspannen ist ein Highlight - besonders in der Abendstimmung. 👌🍀

The accommodation is in a nicely renovated historic building, situated in a generally good location close to the coast, and parking is also easy to arrange. The attic part of the accommodation is great, it's pleasant to spend time up there in the evening, seeing the old town from above, as well as the sea with the beautiful moon right in the middle of the panorama. As for the room, the bathroom is the most pleasant part.

Upon arrival, we found that the "side view of the sea" is essentially a huge exaggeration for a bit of extra money, as it specifically requires leaning out of the window to an extent that no one normally does. Our biggest problem was that there is zero sound or light insulation towards the wooden-stair hallway, so other guests are walking back and forth right by your head, and the hallway lights shine into your face accordingly. As a light sleeper, we reported this to the host, but they were inflexible regarding a potential cancellation. Cleanliness was generally okay, although we found hairs in the bathroom cabinet drawer—they might still be there. Also, a quick note to the host: when escorting a guest up, it is inappropriate to enter the room in your outdoor shoes. One of the main reasons we chose the accommodation was the "extraordinary breakfast," which I assume was only appreciated by people who have never had a good breakfast in their lives. For two people, we got a few low-quality cold cuts, a bowl of yogurt with some granola sprinkled on top, 1 sliced peach and half a pear, plus a few nice cubes of cheese and bread. The biggest issue, however, is that in 30+ degree heat, not even chilled water is available, and by the time every little piece is gone, they finally manage to prepare (at 9:35) the single boiled egg or the scrambled eggs made from 2 eggs, which is a joke. It's simply not worth wasting time waiting for breakfast, as it ties you to the accommodation until about 10:00, and then you have to go on your way hungry.
