Cosy Shepherd Huts and Cabin near Newborough, Anglesey

Gorgeous little cabin, makes you feel that little bit off grid without totally committing to that! The bed is super comfortable, Andy and Sarah are really accommodating. There’s a stove but no fridge (Andy provided a cool box) and adapters for the USB charging. It’s solar panel powered so we weren’t expecting a big set up - nor did we need/want it! Such a good location, near to the forest and beach as well as other spots along the coast. We hired e-bikes from Andy and spent the day out, it was a highlight of our trip. Managed to say hello to Stevie the llama too!

Nothing to dislike, the shower temp can be a be temperamental, but again to be expected from solar!

Very cosy, tucked away with beautiful view. Lovely 10-15 min drive to newborough forest which is stunning.

The host was lovely and helpful The place was in a beautiful area and very close to ynys llanddwyn beach where we were visiting Clean and tidy as well

It’s not that we didn’t like it it’s that we didn’t know that it’s a compost toilet and there’s a usb charging point so no plug sockets and no fridge but the host gives you a cool box with ice packs which did keep things cold But still good place to stay

Lovely setting looking out onto beautiful scenery you could even see it from the bed ☺️
