My brother and I were up for a visit from Seattle to celebrate our cousin's wedding. At the time Chilliwack was very hot and coming into the space was a nice cold Oasis. The rented apartment had very nice AC and fans provided in every room. Can't tell you how much that was appreciated at the time. It was also incredibly thoughtful that our hosts left cold water in the refrigerator for us.

The only complaints I would have is there is no television in either room. The only television provided is in the main common living room. So if you do rent the space and plan on listening to music in your room while you get ready or want to keep up on your shows at night I would definitely bring along an iPad and some earbuds or make sure your phone has a good charge before you lay down. Something to note is the driveway in which you park your vehicle is incredibly steep you will be on an incline and navigating quite a few steps to walk down into your private rental.

The property was very spacious and had everything that we needed.

Separate heat/air control in the basement suite would have been great, everyone is different with their temperature preferences. Otherwise it was great!
