The AC was a plus given wildfire smoke and temps. Loved the beds and kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have the washer / dryer and we made use of the bikes and hot tub. Back deck was isolated and quiet.
The location near the Sunriver waste water treatment plant. It was fine most of the time but every once in a while, the smell would be really bad for a few minutes and then dissipate again.

Comfort, roominess, well-equipped kitchen, quiet area.
The difficulty of finding the house, even with GPS. We tried to figure out the LR thermostat but we were unable to; directions would have helped. The drain of one sink in the primary bath was so slow it couldn’t be used.
