Mixed feelings. Appartment itself is absolutely amazing. Two storey, plenty of space. Front and back terrace, surrounded by greens which give a lot of privacy. AC is new, works well. Bathroom is new. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Clean new bedding. Very clean, even floor not just wept but washed. Well equiped, every possible appliance in the kitchen. Dishwasher. Tables at both terraces, on the balcony. The view from the balcony to the gulf.

The management of this appartment is bad, non-existent. Automated AI generated answers both on email and booking platform Before check-in I was contacted by Whatsup by two representatives asking about check-in time and stating in advance "they are very busy that weekend". Not very professional. When we arrived promptly at 4 pm, which is already a bit late hour for the start of check-in, the cleaner was still in apratment! He finished by 4.30. Other problem was that our assigned parking place has been occupied by another car, and host only allowed messaging, no calls, said he communicated to "owner of the car of the situation and nothing we can do" so where do we park? So until 6 pm we were trying to figure it out before leaving our car in adjustment lot. Our evening in the town was already spolied because of 2 hours delay. The cleaning fee is 160 euro but they ask you to throw rubbish, not saying where the bins are, so we walked around half the estate. Also you suppose to strip the beds and wash dishes.
