A good budget option whilst visiting Catania. The area looked a bit sketchy when we arrived, but the people turned out to be friendly and overall not noisy. The trash is a big problem in Catania, but we managed to find a place to throw it away. The apartment is spacious, the building has a quick elevator and the block of flats is close enough to some bus stations. We enjoyed a good stay and we would recommend the place to a any group of adventurous friends! If you come by car it is the best option possible, quality-price 100% worth it.

The only downside is that the AC unit is not available before paying a fee. 20 euro per stay, per AC unit, which there are two of. We are used to heat and we were not bothered by it, but it may be unpleasant to anyone else.

Anfitriã muito simpática e afável, apanhamos o vulcão em irrupção no dia do nosso voo e teve uma preocupação gigante connosco, sempre disponível. Casa muito limpa e com tudo necessário. Super recomendo.

Everything was perfect except the kitchen was so hot as the aircondition we didn't found remote and when i contacted owner regarding remote control told me that it was broken and that we can use a fan but still was so hot .

When was doing the clothes is a drawer i found a set of used cover of lences and a tissue so i had to throw them away and clean the drawer also we found an ash tray with sigarettes me and my husband don't smoke so i left them where they where . But the others all fine

Les voisins étaient excessivement bruyants, le tout dans un quartier peu agréable avec des voitures garées n’importe comment. Pas de bouilloire ni cafetière. Il y a vraiment le strict nécessaire mais rien de plus. Disons que pour voyager pas cher ça fait l’affaire mais sans plus.
