Stunning East Devon Cider Barn

The cottage was modern without being sterile; well designed with wood and stone features. bathrooms and showers were excellent. Twenty to thirty minutes drive to the coast. We enjoyed the farm ambience and the quiet location. Our host was very accommodating and helpful.

This is an absolute gem of a place! Even the rain didn't detract from our stay! The owner Charlotte and her children did everything to make us welcome, and even took us to feed the sheep one tea time which our kids thought was brilliant! The cottage is fitted out with high quality fixtures and fittings, and the log burner had wood provided which lasted us the 4 nights we were there. There are loads of extras such as hand soap, washing machine tablets, dishwasher tablets, silver foil, plastic bags, salt, pepper, etc and we had fresh milk and eggs waiting for us in the fridge. We were in a good location for visiting The Donkey Sanctuary - one of the reasons for staying locally, and also went to Crealy. We hope to return again one day as it was a perfect mini holiday.

No cornered off garden area for the little one or dogs to play.

Really comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, nice and warm plus very quiet location.
