Beachside Paradise - Ocean Views, Central Position

The location was great. Very central for all our needs.

I wasn’t expecting stairs to get to the unit and wasn’t expecting stairs to get to the bathroom and bedroom. I think it should be made known before I made the booking. For elderly people it can be difficult. I was also disappointed to see that the carpets needed a clean. It was several hours after we had vacated that we were contacted about us leaving. I thought that this was odd as we agreed to leave at 10.00am. The phone call came through when we were out of range so it was hard to understand. There were no instructions that we could see as to leaving. We didn’t even know where to leave the rubbish, so lack of communication.

For the 2 of us the bed was smaller than what is comfortable

This is a tidy apartment in an ideal Manly location. The apartment has good amenities (washer-drier, fridge, small stove) and was very clean. The location is in central Manly with coffee shops, cafes, bars and restaurants just a few steps away. BUT - it’s the view that makes it unbeatable! Watching sunrise over the sea is the best way to start the day.

The apartment does not have air conditioning - which worried me at first. But, opening the back windows and balcony doors provides good, cooling, natural air flow. There is also a powerful portable fan in the bedroom to keep you cool at night.
