Beautiful property in the most fabulous location right on the beach

Stunning house, beautifully decorated. Great location right next to the beach. 10 mins into Chichester.

Everything! The house is in a stunning position overlooking the sea with a beautiful balcony to sit and watch the waves. The house is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your stay, with luxurious fittings and fixtures throughout. Four beautiful bedrooms, two with stunning ensuites and a further stunning bathroom for the remaining two bedrooms to share. Up on the first floor there is a secret bathroom, where you can laze in a rolltop bath watching the waves hit the shore. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, two dishwashers and plenty of crockery and cutlery , again everything you need. The house is beautifully decorated with stunning artwork and a fabulous bookshelf with plenty of books to read if you get bored of looking at the sea! We had only been in the house one day when our group decided to come back again in six months time for another stay . Penny is a fabulous host, leaving us some basic food supplies which was very much appreciated and also giving us lots of tips on pubs to visit in the vicinity. We didn’t go anywhere because we were so in love with the house why would we leave? Lots of outside space to enjoy, the upstairs balcony gets the sun nearly all day, a large table and chairs at the rear of the property gets the Sun from midday through the evening, there is a small balcony just off the kitchen with a table and chairs for four, and a large deck that spans three of the bedrooms with steamer chairs, a table and a sofa.

Absolutely nothing. The standing joke of the weekend was that we just couldn’t find any negatives about the house at all.
