Sunny and Comfy 2bd Apt in Kolonaki

The building is up to the Lycabettus hill, so there are many stairs to climb.

Comfortable and well appointed apartment in the heart of Kolonaki. Modern bathroom & kitchen - nothing is missing. The apartment is managed by the Pillow White team - that guarantees attention to details, a clean apartment and a personal touch with welcome chocolates. When we look for an apartment, our first filter is Pillow White as managers of the property.

It is a little bit higher in Kolonaki which means a few more steps to climb but no real issue for us

Η πολυκατοικία είναι παλιά και ακαθάριστη με προβλήματα .Αυτό που θα σας γράψω είναι αλήθεια 100% και γράφω για το καλό των επόμενων πελατών . Ένα σπιτι που νοικιάζουμε τι θελουμε να είναι καθαρό , ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και ασφαλές ! Προσέξτε γιατί λέω ασφαλές ! Για μένα αν δεν τηρεί κάποιες απο αυτές τις προδιαγραφές θεωρώ ότι απέτυχα στην επιλογή μου και δεν ξαναπάω ! Το σπιτι ήταν καθαρό , ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες αλλά δεν ήταν ασφαλές!! Τι έγινε λοιπόν ακούστε τι συμβεί . Μπήκαμε στο Ανσασέρ 3 άτομα 2 άντρες και 1 γυναίκα . Στην άνοδο μας για το διαμέρισμα όταν έφτασε στον 1ο όροφο το Ανσασέρ χάλασε δεν άντεξε και έκοψαν το συρματόσχοινα που το κρατούσαν και έπεσε με δύναμη κάτω ! Απο θαύμα ζούμε λοιπόν παιδιά ! Μπήκα υγειής σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα και έφυγα τραυματισμένος στο χέρι και το πόδι μου . Εύχομαι να διαβάσετε αυτό το μήνυμα και να το βάλετε σοβαρά υπόψην σας . Δυστυχώς αυτοί που το νοικιάζουν δεν σας παίρνουν σοβαρά !
