Friendly and helpful hosts, in a good location, with everything you need under one roof.

Our hosts were very helpful, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We only had to ask. The kitchen is new, fully stocked with everything you need is there. We also used the electric grill, which was a plus. Shower and bathroom facilities were also excellent, as was the lounge area (tv and wifi included). The apartment was really clean, well-maintained and had everything you'd need for a short stay.

This isn't really a dealbreaker for us and it's purely a matter of personal preference. One or two more conveniently located areas for charging would be nice The pillows and duvet were a bit awkward (size and shape), but this didn't stop you having a good sleep. I feel like I'm splitting hairs.

We are very satisfied with this place. We are family with two little children and everyone were happy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they helped us in any way they could. The place is very clean and neat, with complete amenities and everything worked well (warm water,stove,water heater,air conditioning etc). It is situated in a calm countryside area with beautiful view of rolling hills and meadows, suitable for a walk / hiking.the location is a bit distanced to bigger cities. But ok if we come with car. Will come back in the future if going to that area again.

Für uns als Ausgangspunkt unserer Wanderungen am Erbeskopf ideal geeignet

Die Lage der Einliegerwohnung war für unsere Wanderpläne perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm zurückhaltend – genau die richtige Mischung. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen großzügig geschnitten, aber auch ein Aufenthalt zu viert wäre gut möglich, da ausreichend Schlafplätze vorhanden sind. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert – insgesamt ein sehr entspanntes Ankommen und Bleiben.

Kommt drauf an aus welcher Warte mann die Sache betrachtet beziehungsweise wie weit sich der Gast im Vorfeld vorbereitet hat. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden – allerdings bedeutet das auch: In Hilscheid selbst gibt es weder Gaststätte, noch Bäcker, Supermarkt oder Tankstelle. Das sollte man im Vorfeld wissen und sich entsprechend vorbereiten. Alternativ kann man nach der Wanderung im nahen Thalfang (nur wenige Autominuten entfernt) alles Notwendige besorgen. Dank des großen Kühlschranks in der Unterkunft lässt sich der Aufenthalt problemlos planen.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir haben die Zeit zwischen Tagen genutzt, um am Erbeskopf wandern zu gehen. Dafür war die schöne FeWo perfekt gelegen. Die Wohnung selbst war schön gemütlich und unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht und mehr. Nach einem Tag in der Kälte kommt man hier gern nach Hause. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.
