The host was very friendly and easy to reach with questions. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The price was very reasonable. The room was very clean, and included all of the necessary amenities, including bonus items like kitchen necessities, etc. We found the apartment building very quiet and peaceful - not rowdy, no partying or loud noises. We felt very safe during our stay. The hosts made an effort to help the guests feel comfortable and cozy, including a novel in the drawer of the bedside table, slippers and sandals to wear around the room, and extra throw blankets. Laundry in the building was easy to use. Garbage disposal and recycling were easily reached across the parking lot. The games room in the neighbouring building was fun, with foosball, air hockey, and board games. The neighbourhood was quiet and very safe - good for a stroll. Super close to the neighbourhood convenience store, and only minutes from the cross country ski trails.

The room had limited storage, so our clothes stayed in our luggage during our stay, but this wasn't a problem at all. There is a closet with plenty of room for coats and a couple of pairs of shoes. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding could include thicker/more lush blankets/comforters (but we were by no means cold - the room was adequately heated, and we had control of the room temperature).

Les portes de grange de la salle de bain qui s’ouvrent sur la pièce commune. Cela réduit l’intimité de la toilette laissant passer les bruits et la lumière.

Propreté et proximité du Mont Ste-Anne.

Matelas inconfortables pour ceux qui dorment sur le côté. Manque de couvertures chaudes adaptées au froid polaire.
