Hurghada Concierge at Turtles Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Turtles Beach Resort as a family. The facilities were excellent, and our children absolutely loved everything about the resort. They had so much fun that they are already asking to come back again! A special thank you to our host, Nardeen, who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, always checking in and responding quickly to any questions or requests we had. She and her children were incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also found all of the staff at the resort to be friendly, respectful, and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend this place to families visiting Hurghada.

The only issue we experienced was with the cooker. After a few days, we became tired of eating outside food and wanted to cook meals for our family, but unfortunately the cooker stopped working. Apart from that minor issue, everything else was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to visit again.

Das Resort liegt in einem sehr ruhigen und schönen sauberen Strand.

Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die ruhige Lage. WLAN stand immer zur Verfügung. Strand direkt bei der Unterkunft.

Wenig Geschirr und Gläser und vieles war angebrochen. Es stand aber für den Gebrauch ausreichend zur Verfügung. Ich musste mich am 2. letzten Tag selbst um Strom für die Wohnung kümmern (Karte aufladen).

Rather new building, by the sea, with decent pool.

The kitchen was lacking a lot of cutlery. The linen were worn out. The A/C was noisy. One of two apartments had a terrible sewage smell. I was asked to pay for the electricity consumption, which I didn't know when I booked the apartments.
