La proximité du port, restaurants...
Équipement bancal : salle de bain avec barres brisées (absentes) donc impossible d'y accrocher une serviette. Cafetière sans cruche, qui coule de partout. Pas de renouvellement des serviettes alors qu'on ne peut pas les étendre pour les faire sécher. Eau non potable et pas de renouvellement des petites bouteilles d'eau (café, thé, ou simplement boire). Espace extérieurs pour manger très sales et aucune information sur les équipements accessibles (il faut découvrir par soi-même)
