La posizione è strategica perché è vicino al lago e vicinissimo a Gardaland in un contesto molto tranquillo. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa. Il parquet nelle camere la rende molto accogliente ed è molto pulita. Il bagno è spazioso . La cucina ha sia la lavastoviglie e c'è anche la lavatrice.... Molto utile!
Mancano le zanzariere e la sera purtroppo è pieno di insetti le finestre non si possono aprire e quindi bisogna stare con l aria condizionata accesa. Manca la spiegazione della raccolta differenziata quindi è difficile in quanto ogni regione ha il suo modo di raccogliere.
