Casa Ermandina - Sorrento city center

I enjoyed the spaciousness/cleanliness of the appartment, the warm greetings from the host, and the incredible location to Sorrento's old town! It also is just off the main street of Sorrento so it remains quiet and local!

In generale l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione e implementazione così come sarebbe gradita una semplice bottiglia di acqua minerale come benvenuto (ormai è uno standard). Da segnalare TV non funzionante; sebbene fatto per noi non rilevante, l'host non ha comunque provveduto alla riparazione durante la nostra permanenza; scarico WC fiacco così come flusso d'acqua doccia.

Clean, centrally located apartment. Claire (staff) was extremely helpful.

1. Very low water pressure in shower, and the hot water went out after a minute of showering to lukewarm warm. 2. Access key to main door of building was a problem, the key did not work well. 3. Directions to the property on Google maps did not match the actual location of the property; it was difficult to find Casa Ermandina at the beginning of my stay. 4. It would have been nice if some paper towels and tissues were provided in the apartment. 5. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, carrying my bags 2 flights up was difficult after coming off a long trip. This should have been mentioned in the description of the property.
