Clean and comfy room with magnificent shower, perfect for two

Very welcoming staff, great room with a good bed and a magnificent shower in the middle of the room. The buffet breakfast is diverse. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is warm, and the location is 10 min walking from the city center. I would come back without a doubt !

The provided shower gel dries out the skin too much, and there is no hydrating milk. The fruits at breakfast were not very diverse nor tasty

Great design and location, needs a few practical touches 😉

I really like the progressive thinking and ideas of modern technologies. The design of the room is also very nice. The location is amazing when coming by train.

Design shouldnt be at the cost of practicality. The control of the room through an unpracticaly located tablet is not great. There are no hangers for shirts, and nowhere to hang them for the matter. Also the usb sockets werent working.

Super great location hotel

Easy walking distance to Gare de Dijon-Ville. Direct and short walk. Also where I pick up rental car. Super convenient. Staff was nice and extremely helpful, offering tips on restaurants and places to go.

Badly designed rooms but lovely staff.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Near to town centre

Didn't like the modern room with big shower next to the bed. Lack of plug sockets and usb sockets. No comfortable chairs or TV. No coffee making facility. Location opposite a train station, although we didn't hear any trains.

One of my favourite hotels

Second stay here. It’s a great hotel right near the beautiful city centre. Amazing facilities. I came back here for the shower alone. The only hotel shower that doesn’t leak water all over the floor despite the powerful body jets. The breakfast has improved massively since my first stay, which was shortly after it opened. They now include really good bacon and scrambled eggs as well as all the lovely continental breakfast food. I’ve only ever stayed one night as a pit stop on long European road trips. But I would love to stay for longer to explore this fantastic city. Nomad have created a really great place to stay for the modern traveller. Little details like the fizzy water cooler and storage lockers in the lobby are just so well thought through.

Great despite the bumpy checkin to a Family room (2 rooms instead)

Hotel is really well connected and quite new. Staff is really good, and bedrooms are functional and spacious enough

I was disapointed about the booking description of the family room. This family room is not 1 room, but 2 connected independent rooms. This would work if I was traveling with teenager kids, not todlers. My request for a family room was to get a larger room (40sqm) not 2 independent rooms. Hotel staf realocated me to the largest room available (triple) because booking does not give them the ability to cancel after checkin, and refund the money difference.

Style over function

Location was good, not too far from the center, tad on the seedy side, but not bad. Breakfast was pretty basic, but decent. The bacon was crispy :-) Well worth 10 Euro. The staff was friendly and helpful. Well, except for the guy who confused "parking is in front of the hotel" (there was a busy street in front the hotel) with "parking is across the street" and then got miffed because I did not understand and he had to come out and show me (which he did, which was nice).

Evidently, someone went to a lot of trouble making the room look stylish and modern, but it kinda fell flat. For example the touchscreen. It did control the TV and the lights but not the airconditioning. That choice seems a bit random. Why bother with a touchscreen that only controls part of the room. Also, the TV was a projector not a TV. OK, stylish I admit, but the projector's standby light was right above the bed, bright as hell, could not be turned off. Fortunately, I travel with eye shades, otherwise I might have gone blind. While on the subject of annoying, the air ducts hummed (really loud) even when the air-conditioning was off. Fortunately I travel with ear plugs, otherwise I might have gone deaf. Back to the touchscreen. Whoever put it in, didn't think of actual humans. The placement was awful. For example, changing TV channels required one to contort 180 degrees and find the right virtual button. Personally, I like to surf channels so I like a remote I can hold in my hand. Fortunately, the only thing on were a few local channels, so I only turned the TV on once (about 3 minutes) to see what the touchscreen controlled (but that didn't stop the projector's standby light from trying to keep me up all night). Also, the interaction between touchscreen and the light switches was pretty random. Honestly, I don't want to have to read a manual to find out how to turn on the bathroom light without the shower light going into pink, mood light mode. (though did finally figure it out eventually, which I'm proud of myself for). BTW, I'm less proud I never figured out how the fan in the toilet turned on (pretty stinky). And then there was the shower. A glass conch shell taking up a third of the room. Sure it looked cool, but the room could have been 20% bigger with a regular door. And, the hose was way too short, but that's only nit picking. While on the subject nit picking, it would have been nice to have glass glasses not paper cups.

I consider that the tariff we had to pay was way too high for the value we were offered.

The place is well structured and the rooms, which are clean, are well designed with a very innovative shower concept and good materials. The bed is very large. Overall the hotel is clean (except for the lifts) and the staff is well trained and helpful.

The surroundings of the hotel are not great and the street in front of the lobby is quite busy/noisy. The pavement (side walk) leading to the entrance was really shabby so that you could barely roll a suitcase. The breakfast buffet catered very basic foods. I consider that the tariff we had to pay was way too high for the value we were offered.

This ultra modern hotel is superb for facilities, staff and location. Would definitely return

As we were only the second people to ever use this hotel, we expected it to have minor problems as it had only opened the previous day. There were obvious finishing touches taking place but none intrusive. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful despite the fact that they appeared to still be getting used to their roles and at times seemed a little nervous at finding their feet. The room was superb and ultra modern. We did have a problem as the heating was hard to set and was blowing cold air on a fairly cold night. They managed to stop that but we didn't get any heat in the room. Would suggest the controls need to be more user friendly. The TV was superb with a few English channels to watch. Secure parking was brilliant and the location so close to the centre was fantastic. Breakfast was really good but as we were only the second guests, there were items missing that will be there for future guests

Hôtel près de la gare et à proximité du centre avec la possibilité de visiter Dijon à pieds. Chambre très moderne. C'était propre et la literie était de qualité. Plutôt calme, pas de bruit la nuit. Vidéo-projecteur en lieu et place de la TV habituelle.

Piscine à 25 degrés, ce qui n'est pas suffisant en cette saison. Nombre de prises de courant insuffisant.

Digitale, futuristische kamer

Het ontbijt was top. Het hotel heeft een eigen en ruime parking mits betaling van eur 17. Het is gelegen vlak aan het station van Dijon. Vanuit het hotel wandel je op een kwartiertje tot in het centrum van Dijon. Dijon was een heel leuke stad om in rond te lopen vooral in deze kerstsfeer. De kamer was heel speciaal met allemaal domotica. Via een tablet kan je alles regelen (tv werd geprojecteerd tegen de muur, rolluiken, verlichting, ...). Een douche zoals deze ben ik nog niet tegengekomen; deze staat bijna centraal in de kamer in de vorm van een doorzichtig slakkenhuis - heel mooi.

Er waren momenten dat er niemand op de balie was aanwezig was.

Esse hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Possui um ambiente altamente moderno e foi construído há cerca de um ano e meio. O quarto é elegante, bem projetado e todo controlado pelo iPad, desde as cortinas até a iluminação, o que deixa tudo ainda mais confortável. O café da manhã é excelente. O atendimento dos funcionários Benjamin e Anthony foi fantástico, assim como o da funcionária que acredito se chamar Lina. A equipe realmente fez a diferença durante a estadia.

Hyvä ja asiallinen hotelli, asemaa vastapäätä. Aamiainen hyvä ja henkilökunta otti meidät huomioon kertomalla ruuhka-ajoista, kun hotellissa oli isompia ryhmiä samaan aikaan. Modernia tekniikkaa huoneessa. Vanha kaupunki lähellä ja henkilökunta opasti hyvin.

Hieman piti miettiä, miten hotelliin kuljetaan, kun hotelli näkyi suoraan asemalle. Puhelimen navigaattorista ei ollut apua. Parkkitalossa kulkeva jalkakäytävä löydettiin ja tie hotelliin olikin hyvin suora ja helppo.
