The apartments fit perfectly into the poblanic flair, for a great price

- Very beautiful apartment in a nicely renovated building. It feels fresh and cozy but still has the typical feeling of an historic building - Apartment was very clean, security at the door was nice, polite ans very helpful - Well equipped apartment. Enough towels and kitchen gear - City Center, everything that the Centro has to offer is in walking distance

- Merely the water pressure and temperature was bit of a letdown. It probably has to do with the old pipeline system of the city, still, a tad better shower experience would round up everything perfectly. - Shower drain a bit smelly, maybe a cover would be good.

Very comfortable stay.

The apartment was spacious and the rooms were comfortable! It’s located within 10 minutes walking to the downtown so it was convenient.

In the bathroom, the water would stay stagnant when showering due to incorrect floor level or incorrect drain placement

Es amplio! Buena decoración, muy cómoda la cama, solo se tasaron en darnos nuestra habitación, pero todo estuvo excelente, viajamos con nuestro perro chihuahua y excelente servicio.

Excelente opción para alojarse en zona céntrica de Puebla

Muy buena ubicación , cercana al Zoco. El personal de la recepción tiene muy buena predisposición . Nos ayudaron a gestionar e imprimir un ticket de autobús.

La habitación es pequeña ,en relación con el reto de los ambientes del apartamento

La ubicación, la comunicación, el personal del hotel, la limpieza y que sea pet friendly. Tiene un roof top bonito, amplio y cómodo para socializar en familia. Será un lugar a repetir cuando regresemos a Puebla ❤️

pudimos dormir y alojarnos, pero no nos volvemos a quedar ahi.

buena ubicacion, pero nos alojaron en el sotano todo muy oscuro. Restaurante casi inexistente porque nunca nos ofrecieron el servicio.

desde el inicio a recepcion fue mala. Personas que salian de turno y nueva persona que casi no aparecio. Personal amable pero mala calidad de servicio.

Una estancia agradable en una buena ubicación aunque con algunos inconvenientes en el departamento

Su ubicación y la presentación del establecimiento en los lugares comunes. La atención fue buena y eficiente

La regadera no tenía puerta y el frío se sentía fuerte además de que se salpicaba el agua hacia afuera El agua no estaba muy caliente Faltaba contacto en el baño y/o un espejo afuera, par secarse el pelo. La toallas de baño eran pequeñas y muy delgadas, se empapaban muy rápido.
