la terrazza con una bella vista , nell'appartamento non mancava nulla sia x cucinare , sia nel bagno docciaschiuma , shampo ,etc palazzo tranquillo , comoda la TV presente anche in camera da letto , nel soggiorno anche netflix .

Very clean with everything we needed. Luigi was prompt with all our questions. The location is on the outskirts of town and very walkable to the center. It was very convenient for us to the highway and also to Luco dei Marsi, where our work was. We have stayed in Avezzano three times, and this was the best place.
Our only issue was that the shower water wasn’t consistent. Not something that the owner can control.
