Strandnähe, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Klimaanlage. Alle nötigen Töpfe vorhanden wenn man kochen will. Zuvorkommende Inhaberin. Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Hof.
Der Balkon ist nicht gut zum sitzen da sehr klein. War aber nicht schlimm, wir saßen am Strand, da 20m bis zum Wasser. Kein Stauraum für Fahrräder oder Liegen.

Martinščica je mala, mirna vas. Apartma je na najboljši možni lokaciji, druga vrsta od morja, pri trgovini, sladoledarju, kafiču in konobi. Fina terasica, lepo in ustrezno opremljen apartma. Odličen wifi. Gospa Tonica je zelo prijazna. Parking je javen, nekaj m stran, v apartmaju sva dobila parkirno kartico za brezplačno parkiranje v modri coni. Do plaže je nekaj korakov, vedno dovolj prostora, vse naravno. Na plaži je prod in celo nekaj sence ter brezplačni tuši.
Malo nerodno je plačilo agenciji. Dobila sem sms z navodili za plačilo, kar je v času vseprisotnih internetnih prevar, sumljivo. Ker je sms sledil takoj, ko sem v bookingu pritisnila “rezerviraj”, sem plačala in na srečo je bilo vse ok. Kljub temu gre za veliko tveganje in verjetno na tak način ne bom več rezervirala apartmaja.
