The apartment is nice and well furnished. Very quiet, inner apartment facing internal street, traffic noise is low, and the balcony is thoughtfully detailed to have a nice vibe when you open the curtains in the morning, which makes a difference.
The amenities are good, the gym is actually quite spacious, and the pool looks maintained and used by residents. Fair amount of shops to buy necessities in 5 min walking distance.
The bathroom needs a better partition for the shower due to water spillage all over, but overall facilities are clean and probably brand new.
