Our stay at Decora Lofts was nothing short of COMFORTABLE! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there and HIGHLY recommend booking with them. Gisella and her team does a phenomenal job in not just keeping the place clean, but also providing ALL the utensils that you need, and didn't even expect to find. All you need is to just show up and relax. The place is JUST AS SHOWN in the pictures so nothing to worry about there. I would definitely book there again. To be honest, I started missing the apartment before we left and I don't usually get attached to spaces like that. If you've seen the pictures and you're wondering if you'll like it, trust me you will. One more thing before I forget is that the apartment is very secure, I must add that. Stop thinking about it, just go ahead and book your stay!

Gisela y todo el equipo fueron increíbles. Súper amorosos y atentos en todo momento. El lugar estaba impecable, súper limpio y cuidado. Se notaba que pensaron en cada detalle para que estuviéramos cómodos. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, nos dejaron unos regalitos muy lindos. El wifi andaba rapidísimo y la ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos caminando del metro. Gracias de corazón, a pasamos hermoso.❤️

Daily rate per confirmation: $418.20 ÷ 12 ≈ $34.85/day 10-day cost at this rate: 10 × $34.85 ≈ $348.50 Overcharge: $440 − 348.50 ≈ $91.50 USD 2. I extended my stay for 2 extra days, for which the apartment requested $55 USD, but I paid $40 USD. Confirmed rate for 2 days: 2 × $34.85 ≈ $69.70 Amount underpaid: $69.70 − 40 ≈ $29.70 USD Net overcharge = $91.50 − $29.70 ≈ $61.80 USD I kindly request a refund of $61.80 USD, which represents the difference between what I was charged and the confirmed Booking.com rate.
