It was an easy access with the entrance code
The beds and pillows are great
New appartment with access to the water by elevator to the ground floor
10 min walk to city center of Guatapé
The address in booking says calle 28, but we couldn’t find the building on calle 28. We had to ask around. It’s better to mention the right address. The next day we helped others who were also looking for the building on calle 28.
Not enough cutlery for 5 people. Only 4 forks
Loud noise from inside and outside the building. If we were sleeping in a tent. So bring eardrops
We asked the owner to arrange a taxi for 5 people, only a taxi for 4 showed up. 2 hours with a 10 year old on the lap.

Loved the cleanliness and comfortable set up.
The view from the balcony was lovely.
Great showers and great amenities in the kitchen.
It was very noisy due to poor insulation but this is a running theme in Colombia. However, the hosts did provide earplugs which were helpful.
The beds were a little smaller than we'd like.

For the cost, Everything about this property was amazing (except the WiFi). you’re in prime location! And walking distance to everything while still being far enough to be calm. Lake views are goated idk why they don’t post pics of it! Would get a lot more bookings.
Internet was horrendous. Couldn’t even have a call bc it would drop the call after 30 secs. Still 10/10 tho

Op het eerste zicht zag alles er mooi uit, zoals op de foto's. De locatie is goed, wat buiten het centrum.
Het was niet heel proper. Er was wel schoongemaakt, maar de badkamers waren niet heel grondig schoongemaakt. De bedden en de sofa vielen heel hard tegen ( klein en hard) . Lijkt me dat er zeer minimaal geïnvesteerd is, om dit pand enkel voor korte verhuur te gebruiken. Wat investeren in nieuwe bedden en een degelijke sofa zou wel op zijn plaats zijn.
