駅からも近く、非常に清潔感があってとても綺麗でした！今回価格も安かったのでコスパが良かったです。
・隣の家？の給湯器なのかずっと音がうるさかった
・Wifiが弱くPCでの作業がスムーズに行かなかった
・敷布団が薄かったのでもう少し厚いまたは、複数あれば嬉しかった

The home was clean, stocked with amenities, the host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
We visited late January for our first trip to Japan during our wedding anniversary. We were a short walk from Hanaten station, so exploring Osaka was pretty easy as we got used to the train system.
There are many delicious, local food vendors nearby so we got to try something different every day.
The owner made note of this, and it wasn't that big an issue but - sleeping on futons on tatami mats got a little stiff after a few days.
More of a note to travelers that aren't used to it. It's not bad, just expect a firm sleeping spot if you're used to only using mattresses.

交通の便が良かった事と、スーパーやコンビニ食事出来る店舗があり、とても便利でした。
個人的に、ダイニングの椅子が固く感じました。

Le calme, la propreté, l’agencement des pièces, les équipements.
Mise à disposition d’un vélo, nécessaire de bureau, multiprises, des livres.
Communication facile avec le propriétaire.
A 10 minutes à pied de la gare d’Hanaten direct pour Shin-Osaka.
Nous sommes restés 5 jours. Il nous manquait une étagère pour poser nos vêtements.
