Все гаразд. Непогане місце розташування, тихо та спокійно. Неподалік магазини.
Був помітний бруд на підлозі. Сліди плісняви у санвузлі на швах між плиткою. Фасад тумби над холодильником варто поремонтувати, адже він мало не впав на голову при спробі відчинити тумбу.

Na plus położenie mieszkania - blisko na Stare Miasto (około 15 minut spacerem), w bliskiej odległości sklep. Ogrodzony parking - nie było problemu z miejscem. Mieszkanie wygodne i ładnie urządzone.
Na mały minus - czystość, tutaj można by było trochę poprawić.

- lokalizacja - prywatny parking - łatwość zameldowania - kontakt z gospodarzem - fajna sypialnia i salon
- łazienka (przydałoby się jej odświeżenie; szyba prysznicowa na wannie i umywalka bardzo "zapuszczone") - w kuchni też czystość taka sobie (kuchenka, naczynia, wyposażenie) - coś czego nie mogę zrozumieć a jest bolączką wielu tego typu apartamentów to bardzo skromne wyposażenie kuchni w naczynia, patelnie, sztućce etc. Koszt naprawdę niewielki a wpływa na komfort użytkowania lokalu - przydałaby się też zmywarka

Przyzwoite lózkoi tyle
Brudno w kuchni brudno w lazience, pleśń przy wannie. Ogolnie stare 20 letnie mieszkanie. Zużyte ,szafa w przedpokoju rozpada sie. Czajnik w kuchni tlusty od brudu do zakamieniony.TV nie dziala załaczam zdjęcia. Do tego wlaściciel gbur. Na pytanie o tabletki do expresu bosh wysyła do sklepu na zakupy. Naprawdę nie wiem jak ktoś mógł dać mu 9. Chyba jacyś znajomi. Zawsze staram się szukać pozytywów. ale tu naprawdę jest trudno...
