Ladny nowoczesny apartament na 16 piętrze.
Lokalizacja przy obwodnicy sprawia że cała dobę słychać szum przejeżdżających pojazdów. Klimatyzacja jest tylko na dolnym poziomie. Na górnym jest za gorąco aby spokojnie spać. Okna nie można otworzyć bo jest głośno.

Da cama,sem ter tv para ver especialmente á noite(a tv estava sem canais ligados)apesar da reclamação e da assistência de um elemento técnico não houve uma solução possível com sucesso, vidros ,espelhos e armários da cozinha muito sujos.O apartamento tinha muito pó,lixos de vidros partidos atrás do mobiliário inclusive....etc...enfim deixa muito a desejar comparado com o preço pago.
