Ho scelto casa quattordici perché mi è molto piaciuta l’idea di una piccola casetta indipendente in centro Cesena a due passi dal centro storico!
Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa!
Andrea ha realizzato un ambiante accogliente che ti fa sentire a casa!
Attraversato il piccolo giardino privato, entrando in casa ti accoglie una zona giorno con un cucina attrezzata: fuochi a induzione, lavastoviglie, bollitore, forno, forno a microonde e un frigorifero con frizer e infine macchina a cialde per caffè; nella zona soggiorno un comodo divano con a fianco una cesta con una calda coperta ! Una piccola libreria con varie proposte di lettura! E infine una stufa a pellet che riscalda l’ambiente!
Due le pompe di calore una nella zona giorno e una nella zona notte, ti scaldano in un battibaleno come sono certa ti raffrescheranno d’estate!
Al piano superiore la camera da letto arredata con gusto e con una comodissima cabina armadio con tanto spazio comodo per i bagagli! Il bagno è piccolo con l’essenziale : lavandino con water (doccietta lato wc) mentre la doccia rimane in camera: acqua calda in un attimo!
C’è anche un secondo ingresso proprio al primo piano, comodo se vuoi andare a fare due passi in centro!
Infine l’angolo lavanderia con lavatrice.
C’è proprio tutto a casa Quattordici!
Il parcheggio è in strada alcuni posti a disco orario 60 minuti diversamente sette posti a pagamento sempre sulla via!
Diversi parcheggi sempre a pagamento sono nelle vicinanze dai 100 ai 200 mt di distanza!

Très beau logement, très accueillant, position super par rapport au centre ville, facilité pour le parking public , tous services à proximité , thé, café, tisane et petis gateaux , très agréable
Il aurait été préférable avoir la possibilité de eux matelas , mais nous nous sommes débrouillées quand meme.
Lieu ttrès calme tout en étant au centre ville

Die Lage war hervorragend. Die Einrichtung gut , Preis Akzeptabel
Im Vorfeld war das Problem das dem Gastgeber anscheinend nicht bewusst war, was er zur Zahlugsmethode angegeben hat.
Denn nachdem er persönlich nicht anwesend ist, so schrieb er nach etlichem hin und her abgesehen von dem Hinweis von Booking.com das die Zahlung wie vereinbart vor Ort stattfindet wird, war es trotzdem nicht möglich, wie beschrieben vor Ort zu bezahlen. Er ist ja nicht anwesend, die Zugangsdaten werden nach Zahlung übermittelt, sowie alles weitere relevante.
Die Voraussetzung fanden wir schon seltsam.
Das Bett, eine sehr schlechte Matratze, Katastrophe!!! Sofa war zum sitzen sehr unbequem. Die 2 Fernseher hatten kein Empfang , für ein vernünftiges Bild , nicht einmal die Standart Sender Rai 1 und Rai 2. Die obere Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer gehört gewartet Temperatur nur 23 oder 24 Grad möglich je nach Laune der Anlage. Der Vermieter war sehr befremdlich und nicht vor Ort zu gegen , sehr unpersönlich, keine freundliche persönliche Begrüßung bei einem 14 tägigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft , so etwas ist uns in Italien 🇮🇹 über Booking.com bei Buchungen noch nie passiert.
Ich kann die guten Bewertungen des Gastgebers in keinster Weise nachvollziehen in Bezug auf angebliche Freundlichkeit und das der Gastgeber zuvorkommend wäre. Was kaputt war, wurde ersetzt.
Von Vorteil wäre, wenn eine Beschreibung von den Geräten vorhanden wäre, denn dann muss man den Vermieter nicht wegen jeder Kleinigkeit kontaktieren.
Was leider nicht gerade freundlich kommuniziert wurde.
Schade, wir sind so etwas nicht gewohnt.
Das einzige war wirklich die tolle Lage und das Appartement war sauber. Bettwäsche leider keine zum wechseln bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt aber was solls.
