Al Capri Suite & Private Pool

We loved our stay at Al Capri. You cannot beat the location. 2 mins from the funicular and right near all the action (shops, restaurants, etc.) although it was busy during the day, it was so quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The accommodations were just as beautiful as the listing photos. The bed was comfortable and everything felt luxurious. The staff was so kind, especially the two girls that worked the front! They also cleaned the room each day so you were fully set with fresh towels and a refreshed space. The commentary cappuccinos and croissants were amazing!! We loved waking up each day and getting a coffee with the best view

As some reviews mentioned, the pool/hottub isn’t overly private as the above restaurants overlook it but that didn’t bother us!

Posizione centrale, suite grande, raffinata e pulita, personale attento, gentile e di cuore

The suite was stunning, super big and comfortable, the views were amazing, the stuff, Gabriella, and Simona, were super kind, really on top of all our necessities. I really recomend trying the restaurant on top, same stunning views, and delicious food. I have no negative things to say, we had the best time at al capri suites. It’s really well situated, on the centre of capri isola, and right next block you can rent a scooter, to the other block you have a taxi stop, and the fonicular

Very central location to Caprì, you literally step out of the front door and you’re on one of the main streets. Free pastry & coffee in the morning was a nice touch considering it’s not included in the booking. Very modern / huge bedroom overlooking the sea, with 2 showers / toilets and multiple divider areas to the room.

The smell - there was a seriously bad smell in our room of damp / mould & made the place feel dirty even if it was clean. I can only describe it as smelling of a musty church (to the point where we aired the room out for a couple of hours whilst we got ready). You enter through the back door of a restaurant through bins & rubbish which isn’t pleasant, with flies around. The front garden of our room was not finished, workmen arriving early to complete the hot tub / garden area which is poor for paying guests. The sea view is blocked by a hedge so you have to leave the gate to see it. Aircon didn’t work but to be fair to the staff they fixed it within 2hrs.
