The host was exceptionally good. It didn't matter what time we called her, she was available to listen and to help. Great hosting. Even when we had to extend our stay, she was more than willing to negotiate the changes. She didn't ask us to leave, she explored with us the best options for extending our stay. I highly recommend the unit.

The unit was in a good location, clean and in a very good compound. For the swimmers, there is a swimming pool. Our stay was short. I look forward to a return visit. This will definitely be a place of choice.

I loooooved the hospitality by the host Joyce, she was really amazingly helpful, friendly , polite not forgetting Tommy the HSE keeper very welcoming,courteous and ready to help out when u needed assistance. Joyce u really exceeded my expectations. The apartment is very clean and the décor is just amazing and the beach is just nearby 8 mins walk for a fast walker like myself not forgetting they have a beautiful pool inside the compound and the security is 👌. It's a walking distance to prideinn paradise resort and Serena beach resort I really enjoyed my stay through out my four Nights here, a very warm and comfortable house I would definitely book here in my next stay in mombasa and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in shanzu . And not to forget there is a shop nearby where you can buy Ur groceries and other household items for cooking. I will also miss the comfortable beds and the super fast internet.
