A little bit out of town

Beautiful property, good size for 7 couples. Very relaxing, close drive to town.

Only 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite is not enough for 14 people.

Great kitchen, outdoor entertaining and pool area

The owners stayed in a caravan on the site, less than 5m from the back door of the property. The booking.com advertisement didn't make it clear that we would be sharing the property with the owners.. i would not have booked it if I had known. They complained about our kids being noisy around 7am on a Saturday morning, but they were just playing outside, next to the house. There was also a dirt bike track at the back of the property, with an open gate from the pool area.. we assumed that it was part of the property. There was no sign to say otherwise and the gate was open. Later the agency called us to let us know we cannot use it. The kids were very disappointed. There are also only 2 bathrooms for the house that sleep 14 people. The one bathroom is en-suite.. so basically it means that 12 people share one toilet. We enjoyed our stay in Mudgee but would definitely not book here again, and think the details of the property should have been clearer on the advertisement.
