Modish King Bed w/ Pool & Gym

Great location. Spacious!

Keypad on door was not working so it took us a little while to get in the unit.

We stayed in this apartment for a couple of days. Overall, it has some positive aspects: the furniture is modern, and the apartment was mostly clean, though there were a few corners that could have used more attention. The location is excellent, and the gym, although small, is adequate.

However, we experienced some significant negative issues. The apartment had a damp, musty smell, which seemed to be coming from the air conditioning unit. We even noticed some mold near a few of the ventilation outlets. In the bathroom, one of the drawer coverings was missing, and in the kitchen, there was a limited amount of glasses, cups, and plates available. Two out of the three beds were very unstable and wobbly. The landlord apparently did not inform the technicians to fix the beds. In an older Airbnb review, the stability of the beds had already been mentioned, so clearly nothing has been done about it. During our stay, technicians came to install a towel holder, but unfortunately, they left dirt behind. The technicians also did not fix the issues we had informed the landlord about — who knows if they were even told about them. We reported the issues to the landlord, but none of them were resolved, although he did reply after about a day. Overall, the apartment’s condition is okay, but there are quite a few flaws.
