Phenomenal value for the price. Parking was just outside the door. Host was incredibly accommodating of the last-minute party size change, very quick response time. Location is 15 minute walking distance from public transportation. Cool walking/bike trail nearby. Definitely would stay again!

I was visiting Seattle & Tacoma for the first time and this was a great safe, central location between the two cities. Easy access to the freeways and close to a grocery store, the airport and a few areas for shopping & dining.
The beds were super comfortable & rooms quite spacious. The area & place itself was quiet, clean and overall a great size for three people. The bathroom was clean and had a few basic items in case you forgot them.
The futon wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. It was kind of out in the middle of the room. No end table to put your stuff on, kinda far from an outlet without being moved over.
We got in kinda late and would’ve loved a little welcome basket of basic snacks and bottled water, even. There was filtered water in a pitcher in the fridge. The kitchen had everything you need to cook except actual food.
Lastly, I’d put a sign in front of the stairs for no one to park in front of them. We had to carefully maneuver around this other car and carry our bags up the stairs in the rain. Would’ve been nice to have a clear path.

Very spacious—much more than expected. It’s clear the host put in great effort to provide everything we might need, along with helpful tips.
The house is quite old with an unusual layout. There was some noise from upstairs, and the large space felt a bit uncomfortable. There was also a slight odor in the house.
