The location was ideal for our trip to Scotland. Katherine was most helpful with getting the property ready for us and coming in to sort out the sofa bed we were having trouble getting set up. There is an additional bed in the single bedroom though if you don't want to use the sofa bed. The property has everything you need and is well suited for local shops, and pub if you want an evening drink.
As mentioned we had and issue with sofa bed, but Katherine sorted it for us. We figured how to work it properly once she had set it up for us. No real issues though overall.

The property is in the centre of Carnoustie and The Stags Head pub is across the road. Live music-at the weekend.. It is a a ten minute walk to Carnoustie golf course. The cottage is very clean and has comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden is enclosed and has patio area and garden chairs. This cottage is excellent value for money.
