The building is very tall the elevators are a little confusing. But everything else is good
The check in procedure is like a video game. You check in with the building security and then have to find the mailroom. You find the mailbox for the apartment and inside is a little lockbox with the key. Then you dial in the four numbers and open it up to get the room key.

Price and location
Property wasn't ready to be rented due to lack of maintenance. Water heater didn't work, grease trap under sink hadn't been cleaned and was super stinky due to stiff and partially missing gasket, kitchen faucet and valve were ready to fall off. Owners don't live in Metro Manila, so they may have been unaware, apologized profusely and said the property would be down for maintenance after me. Even so, the internet is cellular-based, so it often screeched to a halt from 11:00-13:00 and 16:00-18:00. I experienced a 5, gave it a 6, and you may experience a 7. There are other properties in the same towers in better shape.
