Esta bien ubicado, tiene supermercado cerca, varios restaurantes accesibles.
Las toallas tenían mal olor y eran viejas, el anfitrión nos las cambio sin embargo son viejas las que trajo y mal lavadas, la nevera tiene desperfecto en la puerta, falta aire acondicionado en uno de las habitaciones, faltan utensilios de cocina y de limpieza, faltaría renovar los colchones se le siente los resortes, las cortinas de los baños son cortas y se sale el agua.

O apartamento é excelente, com duas suítes espaçosas, confortáveis e uma cozinha bem equipada. A decoração é charmosa e acolhedora, e a comunicação com o anfitrião foi fácil e rápida — ele já nos aguardava no momento da chegada. A localização, em um bairro residencial tranquilo, oferece fácil acesso a ônibus, embora um pouco distante das principais atrações turísticas.
Tivemos apenas um ponto negativo: durante a madrugada, ouvimos conversas e cantorias vindas do apartamento ao lado, o que comprometeu um pouco a qualidade do sono.
