Excelente localização, apto bem funcional e muito perto da praia, boa área de lazer no condomínio , máquina de lavar roupas ajudou bastante tb
Alguns moveis da cozinha precisando de reparos mas nada que atrapalhasse, boa limpeza e boa comunicação com a administradora do imóvel
