I highly recommend the apartment! The price was decent, appropriate for the position and conditions. I highly recommend choosing the apartment for the following reasons: • the privileged position in the city center, in the McDonalds building in Piazza Mario Pagano, • the hospitality and warmth with which the owner welcomes you, with a bottle of authentic wine from the Santojanni vineyard directly in the fridge, as a sign of welcome • the comfort of the space, an apartment where nothing is missing • the proximity of the cafe where breakfast is served, with authentic espresso and pastries. The hospitality is appreciated! I highly recommend!

2026年5月、ポテンツァは地球沸騰化や著しい物価高騰、オーバーツーリズムとは縁遠い街だった。そのポテンツァの本当の中心にこのB&Bはある。街の中にありながら喧騒とは無縁の場所に立地しており、レストラン、大衆食堂、スーパーマーケットに囲まれ生活に困ることはない。肌寒さもある中、階段を登りつつ辿り着くと、清潔に保たれた部屋でホストは我々を迎え入れてくれた。彼は拙いイタリア語に親切に付き合ってくれ、ポテンツァやバジリカータ州について、いろいろ教えてくれる。彼はワイン製造者でもある。彼の作る白ワインを試してみたところ、ドライかつ複雑な味わいがあり、簡単ではないが悲観的でもないこの土地が現れているようだった。 この場所にきて、COVID19以前どのような旅をしていたか思い出した。出来たてのcornetto をいただく近くのbarには、毎朝地元の人々が集まってきて談笑している。そんな光景を眺めているだけで、ここにきてよかったとしみじみ思う。金満家に食い荒らされたくないので、できることならこの街のことは教えたくないが、それは懐古主義者のエゴでしかない。とにかく、次の訪問の計画をしている。その頃には、鉄道とエスカレーターが完全に稼働しているはずだ。 We got a perfect choice. location, room organization, interiors, equipments and hospitality, everything is superb. Particularly noteworthy, the cordiality of the host is excellent. He had always cared about us. He told us the spectacles of Basilicata. We felt at ease with his kind supports. We are planning to go back here in the near future. A presto! Grazie mille!!
