The Fred Hotel

It is always a pleasure to stay at The Fred, which I truly believe is the best hotel in Lahore. This was my 7th stay at the hotel this year, and every visit has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to several wonderful staff members. Shahbaz has been warmly welcoming me since my very first visit in January. He always greets me with a genuine smile and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Mr. Teimoor deserves special thanks for making every effort to accommodate my specific requests regarding payments and invoices. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support. Sara, thank you for the thoughtful card and for making both me and my team leader, Mr. Kim, feel so welcome. It was such a meaningful gesture. I would also like to thank Waqas, Barooz, Saboor, Nadeem, and all the other wonderful team members for their kindness and warm hospitality. The people are what make The Fred truly special. Every time I visit Lahore, The Fred feels like my home away from home. Thank you all, and I look forward to seeing you again on my next visit!

Great location and atmosphere

Lights in the room need to be brighter - appreciate that it’s mood lighting but insufficient light for getting ready.

Everything from the interior design to the color of the walls was very tasteful and esthetic. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. Breakfast and food that we ordered was delicious and clean. Location was very ideal. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Even though the price was worth it, it could still be a bit on the lower side.

Had an amazing stay! The breakfast is excellent. As I’m not a fan of buffet breakfasts, the à la carte style was a great asset, though a few more options could be added. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, comfortable, and I loved the aesthetic. Housekeeping and security was also great and friendly. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels internationally and also during this trip to Pakistan, we had an amazing stay. We actually regret leaving for another hotel that I had already booked prior to The Fred.

The room/bathroom lighting is a little dark and the panel can be difficult to adjust lighting. A coffee machine would be a great addition, and there was no plug socket next to the kettle. We were woken up several times by loud drilling, shouting, and chairs moving above us. Front desk didn't know what the cause was when we asked to move rooms. We were incorrectly charged for a snack bar item, but the staff resolved it quickly. Service could be slightly improved but it is still very good overall
