The Price. The guy upfront was very helpful and considerate of the problems going on.
Had to switch rooms 3 different times do to 2 of the toilets were either clogged or didn't work. Who ever stayed in the first room before us put something down the toilet so they would have to remove the toilet to fix it. The 2nd room the toilet had no water. Tried turning the water on below and it just started spraying everywhere. The 3rd room the electrical wires of the heater were hanging out of the wall. Not connected and had burnt ends.
