Phoenix II 2118 is an adorable three-bedroom, two-bath corner unit that has been completely remodeled. The remodel was featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt Renovation in season 3 episode 7 “Three’s Company on the Gulf Coast”.
